Hi mama,

Glad you are here! My name is Sabena, and I am a mama to two little ones. The intention behind Meem for Mama began when I entered my own chapter of motherhood and found limited spaces that helped me navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and raising children through a lens of faith.

“Meem,” the Arabic letter for M, is often the first sound a child makes. Meem for Mama is built with an intention to create a community space to celebrate motherhood while staying grounded in faith.

Whether you're expecting your first baby, navigating toddlerhood, or somewhere in between, I pray that Meem for Mama becomes a source of comfort, connection, and barakah for you.
